Once we have access to bladeburner API, let's write a simple script for it.
Idea is to calculate priorities for all possible actions and execute what we decide to be the highest priority action, then sleep until action is done and repeat.

Additionally, we could handle upgrading skills by just buying the cheapest available skill upgrade.
