Can not force close channel on iOS

Describe the bug
I have a channel still open to Fold. The app says it is offline even though they say their node is online. I want to force close the channel to get my BTC back, but it comes back with "unable to find arbitrator". The channel.backup file did not work from an export, but was able to restore using iOS reset and restore. Fold is telling me I need a way to get my pubkey so they can look on their end. Otherwise, this channel is stuck with nothing to do.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to My Channels
- Click on Channel and "Force Close"
- See error
Expected behavior
Channel is forced closed.

Your environment
- Device: iPad Pro
- OS: Latest iOS
- Version Latest version from TestFlight
Additional context
Need a way to access the pubkey of a channel, a way to interact with lnd directly in case of such issues, and a way to export the mnemonic again as the ones I have from Zap are NOT the one from my iOS Zap.
Was able to get the wallet up and running on the Windows Desktop Zap. I was able to restore the channel and to have it force close automatically.
Still no working iOS Zap now until someone maintains it and builds it for the new iOS version.
