[Feature request]: Move API to Cloudflare Pages

Is your feature related to a problem?
Due to the ongoing outage we had time to discuss to move specific parts of the lssm to a more reliable infrastructure.
Solution / Feature
Since our CDN is already hosted by Cloudflare we decided to use Cloudflare Pages.
Alternatives
Another global hoster, which hosts static files and allows minimal rewriting.
Additional
If the deployment of the API works well we may move the docs and v3 to pages.
