[BUG]: Link not complete when % sign in it

Describe what happens
When there are % signs in the links (like for https://forum.leitstellenspiel.de/index.php?thread/21329-rd-sprechw%C3%BCnsche-verband/ )

How to reproduce?
Explain here what you did when the error occured
for example:

1. Send a link with a % sign into the alliance chat
2. The error occured

Expected behavior
The whole link should be clickable

I think a possible solution would be to only accept spaces as the end of an link.
