Organizing tutorials/science notebooks

@connolly do you think we should start a 'science' section which is titled "System Engineering" or something similar? I'm thinking your hybrid focal plane notebook might do better in that section rather than as a general tutorial? Or were you thinking of it as a general tutorial "this is how you do this thing" kind of notebook?
If so - can you coordinate with @yoachim so that the three cameraGeometry related notebooks can be consolidated somewhat? We currently have the hybrid focal plane notebook, a chipName notebook, and the MafCameraGeom notebook.
If we want people to use the tutorials, we need to make things easy to find and I'm not sure this qualifies (and also adds overhead for us in maintaining multiple notebooks).

I suggest moving the HybridFocalPlane to the Static Science directory.
I'd like to suggest combining the MafCameraGeom and ChipName notebooks into one, or perhaps pointing out that functionality in the HybridFocalPlane notebook directly. (we should start keeping an index to all of the notebooks).
