add SPF record support

Currently record appender doesn't support SPF records. They are similar in format to TXT records but using a TXT record for it obviously has the wrong type.
I'll submit a PR later today if I have time.

Nevermind. Looks like the practice of using an SPF record has been deprecated in favor of just using a TXT record.
In July 2005, IANA assigned the Resource Record type 99 to SPF. Later on,[6] the use of SPF records was discontinued, and as of 2016, it is still necessary to use TXT records.[6]
