Wiring Devices Cause Not Supported Error on I2C Close

Other devices may support I2C Close but wiring devices do not. Returning function not supported status causes I2C sensor close VI's to throw an error.

Make this a warning not an error.

Wiring devices still return Command Not Supported status (0x01) but the LabVIEW Error is a warning.
