Random crashes + strange fps issues

cheat can crash in any random time (sometimes crashes within 2 mins, sometimes stable for hours) + strange fps issue: game running on 300 fps as usual, but when the game ends, and starts another (from the menu or continue playing, it don't matter) fps drops to 50-70 and var spiking up to 55. this bug is fixable by changing screen resolution to 800x600, then back, but after resolution changes it crashes too (often, not always). nothing running on a background, internet is pretty stable

to add to this; on a 144hz screen, fps can go up to whatever fps_max is set to but the refresh rate immediately changes to 60hz (looks stuttery on 144hz screen) upon injection
