Describe the bug
The changelog section of the metadata.txt file is badly formatted and prevents the plugin from loading into QGIS. The plugin manager displays an error message saying the plugin is broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open QGIS;
  2. Click on Plugins in the menu bar;
  3. Click on Manage and Install Plugins;
  4. Select RUBEM Hydrological (in red);
  5. Click on the checkbox to activate the plugin;
  6. See error.

Expected behavior
The plugin loads along with QGIS startup and is available in both the Plugin menu, the menu bar, and the toolbar.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11 Home 21H2 (comp. ver. 22000.384)
  • QGIS: 3.22.0-Białowieża (d9022691f1)
  • RUBEM Hydrological: 1.11.0
