OoE: Boss orb spawned off screen

Spoiler log: OoE ThickRollNecklet - Spoiler Log.txt
I fought Death at the top of the Monastery, and his orb spawned inside a wall, where I could not get it.
Looking at the spoiler log, I don't think there's any progression past him, so it's not a run killer, but it's still annoying.
