Suggestion to make this plugin better

1. Levels shows on xp bar
   INFO ON 1.: this shows what level the players are on showing with the xp bar
2. Levels changes color
   INFO ON 2.: each level changes the players color level (example: 0 - 14 levels is gray, 15 - 29 is green ,30 - 49 is blue orange is 50 - 100 101 is orange, green and blue together like blue1green0orange1) (but if its an higher number like 1000 people it sould be anything) (and people may change the config and pick what colors it would change to)
