Seems that SMHI made changes in the API or just moved it.

Yes, they seem to have updated it, regions is now here:
https://opendata-download-warnings.smhi.se/ibww/api/version/1/metadata/area.json

And warnings:
https://opendata-download-warnings.smhi.se/ibww/api/version/1/warning.json

I guess this is due to the change of weather warning levels (yellow and so on).

Will take a look at it.
