Display Additional/Audit Courses

Currently, we are not displaying Additional courses in the summary.
Describe the solution you'd like
Display the Additional and Audit courses, without including them in the CGPA.
These can be done by making some changes in activateGPA.js to pass on these data separately to gpa_report.js

With these, I feel the checkboxes will become redundant? Or do we add multiple checkboxes(one for inclusion in CGPA, one for displaying anyway, one for inclusion in minor etc)? Will that look too messy?
