The PR /CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA#27399 makes changes to how leather is converted from raw pelts to tanned products, thus there is a need to update the brain tanning recipes to match the new values.

No changes needed, the brain tanning works off the cured_pelt item, not the raw_fur.
Though to reduce dependencies I should add processing from raw_fur & raw_hide to cured_pelt/cured_hide that doesn't need salt (Soaking + Heat + Scraping) when the survivor is immediately processing hides and doesn't want to prepare them for storage.
