Raw pelt scraping - no salt

Allow scraping pelts with just fire and a cutting blade for later processing without needing salt.

This recipe is in mainline now, however it only takes 5 minutes which is extremely on the short side.

Override the recipe to be a bit more reasonable and require water, fire, cutting 1 and at least an hour, but with a good batch multiplier applied for the soaking stage.

Optionally, require hide to be soaked in a barrel/container for a day or two to loosen hair before it can be scraped? Would need to have some kind of container for at least 18L (~20 Gallons), possibly a extra large stomach from a ruminant hung in a frame.
