[Bug]: FileSystem error / Failed to create dir

Bug Summary
When attempting to export mods (specifically 5e Spells), I get an error upon launching the game reading:
Failed to create dir: \\?\C:\Users\my user name\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\G:
G: is the external hard drive where I had BG3 installed until I moved it over to my SSD, but I'm unsure why the Mod Manager is attempting to create anything in a different folder rather than connecting straight to where it's meant to. Does anyone have a fix for this? I've attempted removing the Manager from my computer and redownloading, but I can't seem to get a clean reinstall nor can I fully uninstall the program, as it doesn't show up in my Control Panel.
