Dump and load weapon accuracy tables

The accuracy tables are embedded inside the weapon structs.
Without them, AI cannot use a weapon.

When dumping a weapon, the weapon accuracy graph file that is embedded should be dumped as well, if it wasnt already.
When loading a weapon, the accuracy graph file should be loaded as well and its data embedded in the weapon.
