Everything works fine except the machine can't grab the item.

1.18.1-Forge_39.1.2
Create create-mc1.18.1_v0.4d
flywheel-forge-1.18-0.6.0
dropz-forge-2.0.0
rayon-forge-1.5.6

Let's see the comparison:

Without Dropz

first part is without rayon+dropz but has CIE, second part has everything

Thank you very much, I just used these 5 mods to test, and the result is still not good. The mod's versions are the same as yours, Could it be a joint effect of other mods? Or maybe it about the configs.

Dropz/Rayon probably creates an entity that Create does not recognize as an item. This would be my guess.
