not refreshing after new flyTo() method

I'm not totally sure whether this is a Leaflet.label issue or possibly an angular-leaflet-directive issue (which I am using).
After a normal zoom the labels display fine. However after a flyTo() (in Leaflet 1.0.b) the labels display in the wrong position. Markers appear fine, so assuming it could be something with the label code.
