League crashes when I run mods

Describe the bug
When I run cs-lol manager, the games don't launch or they don't respond and are forced to close.
Sometimes, I get a critical error (bugsplat) from the in-game task.
Regardless, my cs-lol manager doesn't work at all.
I've checked that all the mods I'm running are working on current patch.
I've tried reinstalling cs-lol manager but the problem persists.
What's going on?
