Can't add any mods

I can't add any skin mod. I deleted and re-installed the new update but it doesn't work even if I try to use the ones that was working before I re-installed it

1. Remove the whole thing and install it in some place sane
2. Click the wheelchair
3. Reboot
   Stop running things as admin.
