Pings are invisible

Since patch 12.19 pings are invisible. They are still visible on mini map, though.
Tested this issue on several different maps:
Autumn Rift, Butcher's Bridge, Amber Rift - result is the same.
Once I turn off the CustomSKin for LoL application, pings are working as intended.
