Implement Shadowrun 2nd/3rd edition rules

Please implement a shadowrun system.
It should be highly similar to exalted.
Differences:
D6 instead of d10
6's "explode" via rerolling and adding to the 6. Thus TN > 6 is possible.
(example TN = 15 would be 6 rerolled to 6 rerolled to 3 or greater.)
