Short description

Now we list certified plugins in the webapp, the user should be able to install them in his wallet.

Full description

Any signer can broadcast a transaction that asks the wallet to install a plugin. The class hash of the plugin is passed as an argument. See the interface of our smart-contract account to know how to interact with it.
The installation of a plugin triggers a challenging period but this is out-of-scope of this task.
