Users of indexcoop.com experience the following error when connecting with Ledger:
An operation that changes the device state is in progress
The repo uses near latest dependencies from Ledger (see package.json). Upgrading to latest does not immediately resolve (PR). This issue looks similar to #607 however since we're on @ledgerhq/hw-transport-webusb@6.11.2, I don't think we should be impacted by that issue any longer. Do you have any alternative ideas on how we can resolve?
System: MacOS Monterey 12.0.1
