Boot loop install on windows vista SP2

i tried to install this on my windows vista acer laptop and it just tries to install on start up then just reboots and keeps trying, i have go into task manager close the process, log out of the temp account log into mine and delete it, it just refuses to install even if i delete the updates it just redownloads them, i ended up just deleting the update files from programdata as the application tried to install them and it seem to fix it after like 4 bootloop attempts but now its just stuck on checking for latest updates and not doing anything
