Tired installing 2 times from scratch, went through errors on Linux but they don't seemed to be solved. Anyone on Windows 8.1 or 10 having this issue?
An assembly specified in the application dependencies manifest (PTMagic.deps.json) was not found:
package: 'Microsoft.Extensions.Primitives', version: '2.0.0'
