TL;DR

Option to provide an override generated report name

Detailed design

- GH workflows allow for a Matrix of jobs to be run. 

- Legitify overrides the generated output file with the last job of the matrix it was run for. 

- This can be overcome by customizing the generated report names and uploading the as workflow artifacts.
