Fix URLs for docs

For most docs, their name is the URL to the clause on the chancerylaneproject.org site. Some have typos, or are just completely different though.

Best way to fix is to have an separate CSV with just child name to clause name and clause URL: won't be overridden by general airtable updates, and we can manually patch all of the URLs that are broken.
