Fix typos in key "pictures_uploded_progess"

pictures_uploded_progess should be pictures_uploaded_progress (pictures_uploaded_progress)

Will also need to change in lemmy-ui here

Perhaps this would be a nice small change for someone to do after the influx of new users slows down :)
