Create PlayGame components for "pre-round" status with tests

Create following with styled components and add testing in Jest:

1. Round Info component display round number, giver and watcher
2. GameInfo component with links to View Rules and View Teams
3. View Rules component toggles on selecting View/Hide Rules
   4 View Teams component toggles on selecting View /Hide Teams
4. Scorecard component
5. Get Ready component with appropriate message based on player status
6. Start Round button in Get Ready component for "Giver"
