The FAQ says EMS is hosting the Matrix bridge, but apparently that is done by Matrix.org foundation?

The bridge is run by EMS. The
EMS Acceptable Use Policy
and Privacy Policy apply when using it.
Libera.Chat staff do not have access to EMS data.
However matrix-org/libera-chat#9 collaborator thibaultamartin says:
The Matrix.org Foundation has a service agreement to let EMS handle the hosting of the Libera Chat synapse instance and bridge on its behalf. It's probably worth clarifying in Libera Chat's FAQ and on matrix.org.
