Command line not working

Enter a command shortcut or fullname, hit enter or spacebar, command starts
Enter a command shortcut of full name and response is always "command unknown". Sometimes it works fine and then all of a sudden it stops working properly
Random but almost always happens. No precursor action or command that seems to cause it

Cannot reproduce this one.
Could you try to install a newer version/latest CI build?
Are you using English as your window language?
