Appendix: LibreCAD Font Format

Add LibreCAD Font Format (LFF) Specification as an Appendix:
Not sure this is on topic, but I worked on a Hand Lettered Architectural Font years ago in the 1980s to match a fairly standard style of lettering at the time, with a bit of a diagonal flourish as practiced by my boss at the time. I am not experienced with Qcad, perhaps someone else can make a font of this if they are talented and smart enough. I tried to upload the dxf version but it would not go through. Maybe dxf files are not allowed here?
Made a little progress on the font idea, but its daunting. Had to use QCAD Professional to edit a CXF file which might later be brought into Librecad as a LFF file. Not having much luck so far.
Noticed something peculiar, QCAD has a font called Datacad, presumably made by Datacad obviously. But they do not have a font by that name as a CXF file in their font directory. Strange. And the simple text of the font name seems to be: \fDataCAD|b0|i0|c0|p0; I would make my font from scratch I have a drawing, and it would be public domain. Similar to how we were taught to hand letter architectural drawings at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, circa 1975 but with a slightly GW (gone wild) flare. Using horizontals that are a bit slanted for speed. The verticals using a straight edge for a little more neatness as was often done.
I should move this previous discussion above to the librecad forum when I get my account authorized there.
