https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/librepass/#information specifies GPLv3-only,
whereas https://github.com/LibrePass/LibrePass-Android doesn't say one way or the other
if it is "or later" or "only".
"Or later" allows for more flexibility in going to AGPLv3+, and a possible GPLv4 later, so that seems better.
Easier for other projects to make use of the code too since that also applies to other projects.
