[Feature]: Change mouse-wheel scroll speed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm frustrated when reading an e-book because when I scroll with the mouse wheel, the sensitivity is extremely low. To scroll about a single page requires like 10 full rotations of the mouse wheel. I personally prefer a pretty high scroll sensitivity, and there is no way to modify this behavior.

Just a setting to allow us to change mouse wheel sensitivity.

Thanks for pointing that out. There are multiple sensitivity and especially touch pad problems we know of. We will work on fixing this and options to change the sensitivity.
