if heat sink is not sufficient for longer periods:

• try to find active cooling

a simple passive heat sink on the RF shield seems to be sufficient for now, however the stability of the power supply could be another big culprit for instability of fram rates

issue resolves by using an external antenna, likely cause for observed effects: weak connection
