Add support for parametrised values in the playbook

The current playbook does not allow the parametrisation of values therefore if another version of any of its components wants to be changed has to be done manually inside it, this must be changed so it supports different versions of the following components and the ability to choose whether install them or not
- Kubeadm, kubelet & kubectl
- CNI
- CRI
- Helm
- K8s Dashboard
- Load balancer
- Ingress controller
