Add support for setting start time to disk and using it later with timelog log

timelog start saves something to disk specifying the current hh:mm

some time later, timelog log recognizes that something that's saved today on disk and uses that as start param.

Maybe add functionality for timelog pause and timelog resume for breaks also?
