Not supported in neovim or vim versions less than 8.2

prop_type_get was added in vim 8.2 and does not exist at all in neovim it seems.

Not sure if this should be considered a bug or if it should just be clear that it's a requirement.

I'm considering adding a syntax file instead of using text properties. Not sure how well this will play out in terms of performance.
