User can download LLMs connection information

• Set up some sort of web service where the user can pull down a list of LLMs to add to their appsettings
• Select different services (e.g., OpenIA, Perplexity, etc.)
  • Needs to be in sync with connection interfaces available in the code
• Handle deprecated versions
• Include token cost information (if available)
