The task is to develop a css only accordion component which transforms to tabs for wider screens.
Requirements:
- pure CSS, no JavaScript
- browser support: latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox & IE 11+
- tabs which don't fit horizontally can overflow screen
- no animations required
- 14px Arial
- accordation for screen width < 480px
- tabs for screen width >= 480px
