The ticket link is sent to the client, but the client is not registered and cannot access the ticket in fact.
Describe the solution you'd like
This notification must only be sent for unregistered client: message template cliente_ticket_resposta_sem_cadastro.
Also, the TicketAnwsered notification must be refactored to only work fo registered clients.
