DPKG error

when i try to jailbreak with unc0ver (altstore method), i get an error: "an error occurred while extracting/exporting dpkg".
after that, i wasn't able to do anything, so i restarted my phone and it said "unsupported". (i was jailbroken with fugu before)
what I've tried:
-restoring rootfs (gave me the error "Error occurred while remounting root filesystem")
-reinstalling unc0ver multiple times
-turned off "load tweaks"
i couldn't copy the logs because i wasn't able to open any apps. but what i saw was "dpkg: error: parsing file ‘/library/dpkg/updates/0000’ near line 16 package ‘com..cokepokes.appstoreplusplus’: end of file before value of field ‘Icon’ (Missing final newline)". i copied them from a reddit post with the same error.
