Update the LinuxForHealth Kafka Image to 3.0.0 to prep for RAFT based consensus support (identified as KIP-500 in Apache JIRA). RAFT based consensus is still in "preview mode" and not ready for production. Refer to https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/trunk/config/kraft/README.md for more details.
