Description
- Ensure LIP implementation is complete and make the required changes for it to be in line with the LIPs we follow:

- Add unit tests for all new functionality.
Acceptance Criteria
- LIP implementation is complete and accurate.
- Unit tests are passing.

All the LIP implementation are checked and found complete. Hence, no separate PR is necessary. Therefore closing this issue.
