Description
Update Lisk SDK to v6.0.0-beta.4
Motivation
Keep track with the latest beta tag of the Lisk SDK.
Acceptance Criteria
- Update SDK to v6.0.0-beta.4
- Update upstream interface changes
- Update the config files
- Update the asset files
- It should be able to run node locally as devnet
- It should forge blocks as expected
- Ensure Lisk DEX Core builds and is able to start
