Description

Update Lisk SDK to v6.0.0-rc.5

Motivation

Keep track with the latest beta tag of the Lisk SDK.
Acceptance Criteria
Update SDK to v6.0.0-rc.1
Update upstream interface changes
Update the config files
Update the asset files
It should be able to run node locally as devnet
It should forge blocks as expected
Ensure Lisk DEX Core builds and is able to start
