Errors during lisk-docs site generation

Description
Whilst doing antora preview-site.yml --fetch antora returns the following errors.
[14:46:47.793] ERROR (asciidoctor): target of xref not found: beta@ROOT::understand-blockchain/lisk-protocol/index.adoc

The issue was in the lisk-service repository and has been resolved by PR # 1722.
