Unclear fiat balance column

Description
The fiat balance seems to be calculated from the available balance. This is not very clear.
Motivation
Need to make it more clear on what balance the fiat column is calculating when viewing all ones tokens.
Suggestion
Calculate Fiat balance from the total balance of an account
or
Switch column place of available balance and locked balance. So it is closer to the fiat balance column.
